The positions of Chairman Junior Rugby and Club Captain are not elected at the AGM.
Nomination for Positions to be elected
All nominations for positions to be elected at the AGM are to be in writing indicating the position for which the person is nominating and received by the Secretary by Friday, 13th November 2020. Applications are to be addressed to the Secretary, PO Box 190, Camden, 2570 or emailed to camdenrugby@gmail.com
All nominess must read and fully understand the duties and responsibilites for the role they are applying for as listed here.
Nominations of candidates must be signed by 2 members of the Club & accompanied by the written consent of the candidate.

If no nominations have been received for any position by the stipulated date, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting for election to the position.
Notice of Motion or Other Business
Notice of Motion or Other Business for consideration at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Secretary by Friday, 13th November 2020. Such notice shall state the specific motion or business, together with the names of the proposer and seconder.
